RETURNS

As each piece is made to order with great care, we do not accept returns. Exceptions may be considered in very specific cases and will be reviewed via email on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and support of handcrafted work.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your package is shipped, it is no longer under our responsibility. We kindly recommend tracking your order with the provided shipping information. Thank you for your trust and understanding.
